Return Policy
At Festy Boo, we want you to love your ravewear! We do not offer refunds unless there is a defect with the item. However, we’re happy to provide exchanges or store credit for eligible returns. Items must be unworn, with tags intact, and returned within 1 month of delivery. For any questions or assistance, please contact us at support@festyboo.com


To start a exchange, you can contact us at support@festyboo.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1651 Market St STE A, Corona, CA 92878

We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for the return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange or store credit will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like our fishnets and accessories. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges

  1. Eligibility:

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
    • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days  of receiving your order.

  2. How to Request an Exchange:

    • Contact us at support@festyboo.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to exchange.
    • Let us know the new size or style you want in exchange.
    • We’ll confirm availability and provide instructions for returning the original item.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.

  4. Processing Your Exchange:

    • Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our exchange policy, we’ll process your exchange or provide store credit if your desired item isn’t available.
    • Shipping for the new item will be free for your first exchange.
